our hours of operation to place your order in person or pick up are:

wednesday to friday: 12pm-6pm
saturday: 10am-2pm

if you do not see a date that you need, it is possible we have not added that far in advance or that date is unavailable. please email us at info@jeannettescustomcakes.com with your inquiry. 

we are unable to accept orders with less than 3 business days notice. please plan ahead for your event or celebration. 

pre-sale cookies - throughout the year we have themed cookies up for pre-sale on our sugar page. some of the themes we include are:

• christmas

pre-ordering dates, sneak peeks, and pick up information are announced on our social media (instagram and facebook @jccsugar) as well as through our newsletter. follow us and sign up today!

refunds or cancellations
please note there are no refunds or cancellations available on sugar orders or pre-sale orders.

custom cake, cupcake, and cookie orders 
please email us at info@jeannettescustomcakes.com or visit our contact page to inquire about placing a custom order. in your email please include what you are looking for (cake, cupcakes or cookies), the number of people you need to feed and the date you are looking to have them for.
please allow 3-5 business days for a response. 

please plan ahead as we are unable to process custom orders with under 2 weeks notice and our dates fill up fast! it's never ever to early to book! 

deposit 
once we confirm your requested date is available, in order to book your date we require non-refundable $50 deposit. this deposit then goes towards the total amount of your order. 

picking up my order
order pick ups are available at 765 queen street east, suite 203 between thursday to saturday on the date you booked with us. we will contact you with your pick up reminder. 

wedding requests
we currently have two options available for wedding cakes!

we have beautiful, classic wedding cakes for ordering on our wedding page. your choice of buttercream or fondant cakes, size, flavour, and some design elements. 

if a more custom cake and the full wedding experience is what you are looking for, we now offer a custom wedding experience package. this package includes your choice of cake, cupcakes, and/or cookies along with a one on one meeting with Jeannette, a taste testing, visual mock up of your cake, as well as delivery and set up within SSM city limits.
