Quiet Weekend
Well, not much to say here. I had a quiet weekend, so I held a little competition for a free cake. An old friend of mine from back in the gymnastics days won. Congrats Jennifer! I really hope the cake made your grandmother smile! Here are a few shots of it. I thought it turned out pretty cute.
Another cake I did this weekend was for Anthony’s Aunt, it was her birthday. Just a plain and simple present cake. In my eyes however, simplicity is key. Happy Birthday Auntie Joy!

Hi Jeannette!
Thank you so much for brightening my grandma’s weekend. Cheering her up will go a long way in helping her get better. She said that the cake was delicious and couldn’t say enough about how nicely it was designed. She loved the spring colours! I know that your business is going to be successful – it takes business sense to make it work, but it also takes heart – and you have both.
